Our address is 4601 E. Marketplace Dr., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.  

We are in the large building formerly occupied by OfficeMax near the Flagstaff Mall.  Our nearest neighbors are Panda Express, Hobby Lobby, Harkins Theatre, and Safeway.  

We have something fun for everyone!  While there are not specific age limits, there are some times specifically dedicated for certain age groups.  And some park features may have a certain age and/or minimum height requirements.  But everyone is welcome!  And Tuesdays  & Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. - noon  and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. is Lil' Levitator Time for ONLY LITTLES 6 years old and younger.  (Updated 8/6/24)

YES!  You can purchase your individual MEMBERSHIPS now online or in person.  Options are FUN (2 hrs a day Monday - Thursday), FUNNER (2 hours a day every day of the month) or FUNNEST (2 hours a day every day of the month + Neon Lights).  

Absolutely!  We have fantastic affordable options for everyone, including great pizza, mixed sodas, ice-cream, and much more!  Oh, and it is Thrift Ice Cream!  The largest selectiion in Northern Arizona!  And you do not need to purchase a jump pass to come in for food or to play the arcade, although a waiver is required to enter the building.  We do NOT allow outside food and beverage in our facility.  NOTE:  We are NOT a gluten free or peanut free kitchen! We are overwhelmed and humbled at the HUGE excitement and dozens of requests for party and event reservations.  We are trying to keep up with all emails, direct messages, and calls and apologize if you've experienced any delays so far.  Our party info is current on this website and you can book directly now at PARTY RESERVATIONS, and for more info please email party@levitate.fun.  We also have a new phone number (928) 900-JUMP!  That is (928) 900-5867.  We will try to answer and respond to all calls and messages during normal business hours.  You may also just come in and book your party directly, which is the quickest and easiest way to see the park, confirm your party and get all of the details at one time!  (Updated 8/6/24)

Liability Waivers are required for every guest who enters the building, even non-jumpers.  Parents must complete the waivers first, then add a waiver for each of their dependents under the age of 18.  Waivers are not optional.  Individuals without valid waivers will not be allowed in the building and may not observe or participate in any activities.  Completed waivers are on file and good for two years!  You can read specific information about WAIVERS here.  

Special LEVITATE "HOVER SOCKS" (trampoline socks) are required for each jumper and they are NOT included in the package price.  You can add your trampoline socks to your order and will physically receive them upon check-in. These LEVITATE HOVER SOCKS may be purchased for $5/pair, or other trampoline park socks can be traded in to receive a $1 discount on your HOVER SOCKS! Once you purchase your Levitate HOVER SOCKS, they are yours to keep and you may bring them back for all future visits. 

YES!  We are excited to provide a full selection of arcade games!   Come in and check them out.  We have one of the largest and newest arcades in Northern Arizona.  

The FUNky Bunch is SO MUCH FUN!  We are accepting applications for an audition to join the FUNky Bunch.  We are specifically looking for the BEST, funnest, hardest working individuals - especially those willing to work on weekends and holidays.  You are welcome to compete and submit an application which can be found HERE on our website (updated 8/6/24)

NO!  We are a small family owned business and are Flagstaff locals!  While we considered becoming a branded national franchise park, ultimately we decided to stay independent.  This allows us much more creativity and flexibility with everything we do in order to customize our business for the needs and desires of our Northern Arizona customers!
