general terms & policies

Everyone in the building, including all non-jumpers and observers, must complete a liability waiver. This is not optional. Waivers must be completed by every individual 18-years-old or older. All individuals under 18-years-old must have a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian. Completed waivers are valid and currently held electronically for two years. We highly recommend completing liability waivers BEFORE arriving at Levitate Adventure Park by clicking this link WAIVER.

Upon entry in the building, EVERYONE must be properly checked-in at our Guest Service or our Party Check-In Desk. At check-in, we will verify that all liability waivers are properly completed and valid. Please do not enter and attempt to bypass the check-in process.  You may not just "walk on in".

Everyone in the building must wear a Levitate wristband at all times, which includes all jumpers, non-jumpers, and observers. At check-in, we will provide EVERYONE with a paper wristband or electronic "Jump Ringz" electronic timer-wristband to wear. The wristband must be visible, which allows our FUNky Bunch Team Members easily identify that everyone in the building has been properly checked-in and have completed waivers on file. Guests must return all electronic "Jump Ringz" electronic timer-wristbands to Guests Services after the jump-time expires to avoid being charged $30 for unreturned wristbands.

Special Levitate “Hover” Trampoline Socks are required for each jumper to use the facility. Socks are purchased separately and are not included in the base membership, jump time, or party package price. Add trampoline socks to your online purchase, or you may purchase socks at Guest Services in the Park. These high-quality trampoline socks are $5 / pair and are yours to keep! They are washable and re-usable for all future visits. Trampoline Socks from other parks may not be used in Levitate, but they may be exchanged for Levitate socks for a $1 / pair discount.

The safety of all guests and team members is our number one priority at Levitate Adventure Park. All guests must follow and obey ALL rules, regulations, policies, and instructions from Levitate FUNky Bunch Team Members at all times. Please familiarize yourself prior to your visit. Everyone must watch the orientation safety video and read all signage. If you have any concerns or witness anything that appears to be unsafe, please immediately notify a Levitate FUNky Bunch Team Member, Supervisor, Managers, or the Owners so we can quickly address the issues.

WE ARE NOT A BABYSITTING SERVICE OR DAY CARE! All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible older sibling. Please do not just drop off your young kids and leave!

Our Trampolines and Attractions – While we have something for everyone of all ages, we are particularly careful and concerned with the safety of our Littlest Levitators (6-years-old or younger). Lil’ Levitators are welcome to experience anything in the park, but they must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the park. We do have a large inflatable bounce house which is exclusively for our Lil’ Levitators and their parents only. Please look out for one another, be kind, and help us make Levitate safe and enjoyable for everyone.

We strive to provide the safest, cleanest, kindness, FUNNEST place for all families and individuals. If you observe anything that needs attention or have any questions or concerns, please immediately contact one of our FUNky Bunch Employees, Supervisors, or Owners so we can quickly address them properly.

SHOES and FOOD & BEVERAGE ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE TRAMPOLINE PLATFORM. Our goal is to keep Levitate Adventure Park clean, sanitized, and looking brand-new every day! This is very challenging due to the hundreds of guests that experience the park every week. To assist us with this goal, please remove your shoes BEFORE going onto the platform and leave them below in a shoe-cubby bench or shoe rack. Non-jumping observers may remove their shoes and be on the platform, but we highly suggest that socks be worn. Please consume all food & beverages in the Levitate Café Food Court or in the designated party area. Do not leave any food or beverages, especially ice cream or soda, on the shoe racks or shoe cubby racks while you jump. We may dispose of any abandoned food or drink on the tables. Please dispose of your trash in a trash receptacle.

Levitate Adventure Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items. Paid lockers are available inside the park near the Levitate Café for anyone who wishes to lock up their valuable items. If you are concerned about your personal property, please lock them in a locker or lock them in your vehicle before entering the building.  Unclaimed Lost & Found items will be donated to local organizations that can assist those in our community.  

We provide free parking at Levitate Adventure Park. We suggest you lock your vehicle when you visit. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to your vehicle or private property. No overnight parking is allowed without prior approval. There is also a Flagstaff City Bus Stop directly behind our building which operates all year.

We operate a full-service Levitate Café, licensed and authorized by the County Health Department. We are NOT a gluten free or peanut free location! Other than approved commercially prepared and sealed birthday cakes or cupcakes, no other outside food and beverage items are allowed to be brought into the building.

Levitate Adventure Park is Flagstaff's #1 party and event venue! Parties are an important part of our business model, and we strive to make every party memorable and FUN! All parties should be preplanned and reserved prior to arrival. "Outside Unauthorized Parties" are not allowed.

OUR FUNNEST MEMBERSHIP options do NOT automatically cancel or expire, and your membership price will remain locked in and will not increase for as long as you have it! You may request to cancel your membership at any time with no penalty anytime!  To do this, you please complete the "PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP" form on our homepage at www.levitate.fun at least 5-days prior to your monthly recurring billing date. If you do not request the cancelation at least 5-days prior to your monthly recurring billing date, you may be responsible for one more final payment before the cancelation can be confirmed.  We require that you fill out this simple form so we have accurate records of your request to ensure your membership is cancelled at your request an according to our membership cancelation policy.   

Levitate Memberships or Buddy Passes or 10-Punch Passes may not be used for "free attendance" at scheduled Levitate Parties, Levitate FUNdRai$ers, or other special events which require a separate paid admission. All Levitate Party and Special Event participants are calculated in the total number of jumpers and paid for by the party or event hosts.

Gratuities are not included in any of our products, menu items, or party packages. Tipping for services received is certainly customary, but completely voluntary, at your discretion, and not required.  Our FUNky Bunch Team may not solicit tips, but it is greatly appreciated.  And should you choose to share a tip for a birthday party or event or at the Levitate Café counter to reward the exceptional service you received, we share those tips directly with our party hosts and café team member(s) who assisted you during that shift.  

Pets - We love pets too, but due to the nature of our business and clientele, we do not allow pets or “comfort animals” in the building. We do comply with all laws regarding official service animals.

These terms, policies, and conditions may change or be modified at any time with or without notice.  

#LEVITATEKINDESS is our theme, and we want to always promote true kindness and treat everyone with respect. We simply will not allow threatening, offensive, abusive, profane, or rude behavior towards anyone! We will not tolerate fighting, graffiti, vandalism, theft, or dishonesty. We are a private business and reserve the right at our discretion to refuse service or ban future entry to anyone. Please help us make Levitate the FUNNEST, SAFEST, CLEANEST, KINDEST place in town!
